About Instructor

Dr. Omar is a nutrition specialist who has specialized in nutrition after graduating from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University.
He holds a Sports Nutrition Diploma (ISSA curriculum), in addition to being an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and also holds diplomas in Cosmetology and Over-the-Counter (OTC) Drugs.
He works as a nutritionist in many reputable health centers, adding to his experience in several pharmaceutical companies.
He was a speaker at the Bio Fans 3 Conference (2014) at the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, and at an EPSF session (2018) at the Faculty of Pharmacy, ERU.
He is the former Nutrition Specialist and Founder of the Nutrition Department for the First Football Team at Zamalek Club, and previously worked with the First Football Team at Al-Ittihad Club (Libya).
