Over the course of his career, Mahmoud has provided consultancy services to esteemed firms including NBE, Exceed, MCDR, Bank Misr, Network International, among others. Furthermore, he has imparted training in Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, Enterprise Architectures, FinTech, ITIL, Transformational Leadership, and Digital Transformation to professionals from various countries including Iraq, Oman, Jordan, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Emirates, Kuwait, and Egypt.

Mahmoud's expertise has been recognized internationally through presentations at esteemed conferences and webinars such as ISACA, ITU, Arab Security Conference, EC-Council, and others. His career progression includes key roles like Applications and E-commerce Manager, Data Center Operations Senior Manager, Head of PMO, Internal Systems Senior Manager (IT), and recently, Head of Managed and Support Services at Benya Systems, in addition to serving as IT Director.

He has spearheaded numerous successful projects, notably contributing to the development of rayashop.com, a leading e-commerce platform in Egypt. Mahmoud's pivotal role in launching Raya Nigeria and Raya Algeria, along with his contributions to establishing Raya Data Center, renowned for its ISO certificates and skilled professionals, underscores his impactful leadership.

Academically, Mahmoud is a Doctoral of Business Administration Candidate at "The International Business School of Scandinavia- IBSS," holding an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Middlesex UK, a B.Sc. from Cairo University, a Data Center Expert certification from Capitoline, and having completed the Advancement Management Program from RITTI.
