A certified and licensed trainer accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), and a Senior Organizational Development Consultant with over 10 years of experience in leading organizational transformation and human resources initiatives. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in Shared Services and Organizational Development across both the public and private sectors.

She designs and delivers interactive training programs in Change Management, KPI Cascading, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Leadership Development, Public Speaking, and Job Interview Preparation. She has trained executive leaders, teams, and job seekers, delivering both in-person and virtual workshops to a wide range of professionals.

She holds CCMP, C-KPIP, PMP, and TOT certifications. She also serves as a Leadership Mentor at the Women’s Leadership Center and is a member of the Saudi Human Resources Management Association.
