About the instructor

Muhammed Abo Bakr

Instructor and director of photography

Photography Instructor and Director of Photography specializing in camera technology and the science of photographic and cinematic imaging, with over 13 years of experience in the digital imaging industry.

He graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts, Photography, Cinema, and Television department, and previously served as a Technical Manager for Nikon's official distributor in Egypt, where he was responsible for training photographers and professionals on the latest camera technologies, lenses, and imaging systems.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading international agencies and global brands such as Nikon and Canon, delivering specialized training programs, workshops, and educational seminars in photography and imaging technologies.

Mohamed has trained more than 500 photographers, content creators, and media professionals, ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners. He currently works as a Aerial Cinematographer at iFly Egypt, contributing to high-profile projects across film productions, television drama, and commercial advertising.

Objectives of Photography Fundamentals Course

Through this course, participants will gain a solid scientific and practical understanding of the fundamentals of photography, starting with the components of a camera and how it works, progressing through the principles of exposure and essential camera settings, and moving on to image composition, lens selection, and the basics of photo editing.
