Specialized in Training of Trainers (ToT) and enhancing the quality of training services through Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Dr. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Quality Management Systems, with a focus on applying the Six Sigma methodology to improve the quality of training processes.

She is the founder of the Creative Trainers Community and has played a key role in graduating hundreds of professional trainers through over 135 Certified Training Diploma courses. She has delivered thousands of training sessions in various fields including creative thinking, life management, leadership, and organizational development, serving a wide range of individuals and organizations both inside and outside Egypt.

Currently, she serves as the Director of Training and Consulting at the Performance Development Center, where she is known for her passion for using training as a transformational tool to enhance both personal and professional performance.
