He worked with international and local organizations as a lecturer, such as the Egyptian Tax Authority, the Egyptian Ministry of Electricity, the Saudi Zakat and Income Authority, the Saudi Military Factories, the Libyan government, the Government of Sudan, the League of Arab States, and many bodies.

Participation took place with the committee responsible for developing the Egyptian value-added tax law.
