Dr. Ahmed S. Mewafi

Strategic Management and Digital Transformation Consultant

Dr. Ahmed Mewafi is a consultant in strategic management and strategic planning for digital transformation and continuous development in the MENA Region. He is a certified as formal instructor from the American Authority for Science and Technology and an internationally accredited training consultant from the European Board for Science and Technology.

With over 24 years of experience in strategic planning, he serves as a consultant for numerous government and industrial organizations in Egypt and the Gulf Arab states. He is also a trainer at several specialized institutes in the field of strategic planning.

Dr. Mewafi holds a Ph.D. from the European International University in Business Administration and a master’s degree from the Zurich Business School in Switzerland.

Objectives of Organizational Change Management Course

As digital disruption continues to reshape the ways of working within governmental and non-governmental organizations, organizations are under tremendous pressure to stay ahead of the competition. But over 80% of digital transformations projects are failing. The problem is not with the new technologies or systems themselves. Most digital transformations failures are due to improper management of individuals and processes within the organization, which creates a kind of resistance to change that ravages all digital transformation projects or any expected change from the organization.
