About the instructor

Lecturer

PhD candidate in economics, with more than eight years of academic experience in university teaching, research supervision, and applied economic analysis. I currently hold the position of assistant lecturer and have earned a Master’s degree in economics. My work focuses on quantitative economic analysis using econometric methods for the construction and estimation of econometric models. I have practical experience in time series analysis and the application of econometric models to measure relationships among economic variables, in addition to macroeconomic modelling and the use of econometric techniques in economic policy research to support evidence-based decision-making. I have also participated in teaching several economics courses, supervised undergraduate graduation projects and feasibility studies, and served as a scientific reviewer for academic theses

Objectives of Trade Relations and Global Economic Analysis Course

This course aims to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of building trade relations and analyzing the global economy in the context of contemporary international economic developments. It focuses on the analysis of international trade patterns, trade policies, and the role of international economic institutions in shaping the global economic system. The course also seeks to enhance participants’ analytical skills through the study of global economic challenges such as globalization, trade tensions, and global supply chains. Ultimately, the course prepares learners to interpret global economic phenomena, evaluate economic policies, and support evidence-based decision-making.
