Objectives of Saudi Commercial Law Diploma

Commercial law is a branch of private law that regulates commercial activities and transactions and governs the relationships between merchants. It derives its provisions from Islamic law in addition to a codified legislative system established by royal decrees to regulate companies and commercial papers.
