• Developing and refining the participants’ skills related to the communication process, which represents the main factor for all life challenges based on knowledge of communication success factors, elements, obstacles and means of overcoming them
• Providing participants with ways to build the appropriate system to build flexibility in human communication in all areas of life in order to achieve its effectiveness and develop their efficiency in the field of developing their lives and contributing to raising their productivity.
