I have been working as a consultant for 10 years with experience in the field of capacity building for individuals and institutional development. I have presented more than 1500 workshops and training lectures. The training experience includes the fields of capacity building, self-development, and social and human sciences, targeting the category of (adolescents, graduates, researchers at the master's and doctoral levels), in addition to developing institutions such as associations, schools, and nursing homes by applying and evaluating quality standards and developing a participatory plan that contributes to raising the capabilities of the work team and improving the quality of services provided and providing technical support to them, in addition to enhancing the use of the technological aspect and digital transformation of the services provided to them.

My strength is in managing and developing the organizational chart, policies, processes, procedures, reports and any relevant documents to work efficiently and meet the requirements of quality standards.
