Since the launch of IGTS in 2015, the main objective has been to support training and qualification in the health sector in its various categories. The group has thus sought to provide scientific and practical expertise from the largest medical experts in the Arab world, who we were honored to be part of the IGTS family. As a result of the success achieved by the group, we have focused on expanding in areas no less important than the health sector. Among these are business management - education and guidance - mental health - human resources - and others, more that are commensurate with the needs of human cadres and with the quality of learning that is a major start for every aspiration to receive science and self-development. The most important element of the IGTS strategy was the contracting of a group of experts, all of the members of teaching bodies in the largest Arab universities in all specialties, who believed in the science they provided and sought to research and develop it, in order to transfer the greatest amount of it to the student and make it most useful, through a flexible distance-learning method and in direct contact with the lecturer.

Health Quality Management Guide | Pillars, Goals & Safety
Health Quality Management is a critical discipline focused on providing high-standard medical services to all individuals. By optimizing resources and implementing modern diagnostic technologies, healthcare institutions aim to improve patient outcomes, reduce mortality rates, and ensure overall community well-being.
Defining Quality in Healthcare
Healthcare quality is defined by the efficiency, fairness, and safety of medical delivery. Core definitions include:
- Delivering services that maximize health benefits while minimizing costs and resource waste.
- Ensuring equitable access to medical care regardless of social status or background.
- Applying evidence-based methods and modern tools for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
The Three Pillars of Quality Management
To maintain excellence, hospitals rely on three fundamental management pillars:
- Quality Assurance (QA): Ensuring that policies, professional licenses, and medical equipment are in place to prevent risks.
- Quality Control (QC): Monitoring daily processes, ICU readiness, and identifying flaws that may hinder clinical operations.
- Quality Improvement (QI): Digitizing workflows and medical records to eliminate human errors and enhance system transparency.
Dimensions of Healthcare Quality
Success in medical administration is measured by several key dimensions:
- Safety: Protecting patients from harm, incorrect medications, or faulty clinical data.
- Timeliness & Accessibility: Reducing waiting times and ensuring rapid response in emergency and operating rooms.
- Patient Satisfaction: Respecting the psychological state of the patient as a vital factor in the healing process.
