Lecturer in Healthcare Quality and Accreditation at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, and Head of the Quality Department at Alexandria Pediatric Center. He also serves as a Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety Consultant in various hospitals and medical centers, and is a board member and Executive Director of the Alexandria Pediatric Society.
Actively involved in improvement projects across governmental hospitals through non-profit and civil organizations, he volunteers as a Quality Specialist and Medical Coordinator, and has served as a board member and fundraiser for multiple NGOs.
He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (Healthcare Economics) from Helwan University, a Master’s in Quality Management from the Arab Academy, and a Diploma in Psychological Counseling for Children with Special Needs from Ain Shams University.
As a healthcare economics researcher, he conducted Egypt's first economic study on the impact of medical accreditation on healthcare facilities.
