About IGTS

IGTS

Since the launch of IGTS in 2015, the main objective has been to support training and qualification in the health sector in its various categories. The group has thus sought to provide scientific and practical expertise from the largest medical experts in the Arab world, who we were honored to be part of the IGTS family. As a result of the success achieved by the group, we have focused on expanding in areas no less important than the health sector. Among these are business management - education and guidance - mental health - human resources - and others, more that are commensurate with the needs of human cadres and with the quality of learning that is a major start for every aspiration to receive science and self-development. The most important element of the IGTS strategy was the contracting of a group of experts, all of the members of teaching bodies in the largest Arab universities in all specialties, who believed in the science they provided and sought to research and develop it, in order to transfer the greatest amount of it to the student and make it most useful, through a flexible distance-learning method and in direct contact with the lecturer.

Objectives of Early Childhood Education Teacher Preparation Diploma

This program aims to:

Understand the concept, functions, and philosophy of kindergartens.
Learn about the roles and qualities of a kindergarten teacher and some of the challenges they face in the educational field.
Explore child development characteristics, issues, and needs, appropriate skills and concepts, and how to create a suitable learning and teaching environment.
Acquire effective teaching skills needed for kindergarten teachers, including lesson planning skills.
Familiarize with teaching strategies and some assessment tools for evaluating kindergarten children.

You Will Learn

Through this program, you will be able to understand:

The roles of a kindergarten teacher, the necessary qualifications, and some of the challenges that may hinder them from performing their duties.
Child development characteristics and related issues (physical, motor, cognitive, linguistic, emotional, social, and moral), including specific problems such as fear, lying, theft, bedwetting, stubbornness, and speech disorders. Additionally, you'll learn about their needs, suitable skills and concepts, and how to create appropriate internal and external learning environments.
Effective teaching skills for kindergarten teachers, including lesson planning skills. This includes understanding lesson plan concepts, the importance of lesson planning, teaching levels, lesson plan components, and different lesson plan formats, as well as suitable teaching strategies for children.
Some assessment tools for evaluating kindergarten children, including observation, personal interviews, picture-based tests, and portfolios.
