About IGTS

IGTS

Since the launch of IGTS in 2015, the main objective has been to support training and qualification in the health sector in its various categories. The group has thus sought to provide scientific and practical expertise from the largest medical experts in the Arab world, who we were honored to be part of the IGTS family. As a result of the success achieved by the group, we have focused on expanding in areas no less important than the health sector. Among these are business management - education and guidance - mental health - human resources - and others, more that are commensurate with the needs of human cadres and with the quality of learning that is a major start for every aspiration to receive science and self-development. The most important element of the IGTS strategy was the contracting of a group of experts, all of the members of teaching bodies in the largest Arab universities in all specialties, who believed in the science they provided and sought to research and develop it, in order to transfer the greatest amount of it to the student and make it most useful, through a flexible distance-learning method and in direct contact with the lecturer.

Objectives of Finance for Non-Financial Professionals Diploma

This course is prepared in a simplified way for all interested people (non-accountants or junior accountants) to understand the role of an accountant from identifying some of the main financial terms in the labor market such as revenue, profit, and profit margin, to understanding how to register financial transactions up to the preparation of financial statements (list of profits and losses - list of financial position - list of cash flows).

This is through the application and practical (simplified) explanation that touches on the realities of working life away from any theoretical approaches so that the recipients of the course can be able to apply it in their working lives Identify financial analysis indicators and tools through which companies performance is assessed at the level of profitability, liquidity, and activity.
Identify the principles of cost accounting through which the costs of a particular product (or process) can be determined and thus determine the pricing process and profit margin more accurately.
Learn how to analyze fixed and variable cost elements down to the tie point.
Identify budgets and the purpose of preparing them as a tool to achieve the company goals.
Learn about operational budgets and how to prepare them annually.
Identify financial budgets, the most important of which are the monetary budget and the capital budget (fiscal feasibility study) that enables the decision-maker to make investment decisions (accepting a particular project or not building it on the financial feasibility study)
